Hotel Lobby Marble Cladding
For this 750 m² hospitality project in Dubai, Al-Suhool supplied and installed premium natural-stone wall cladding across the hotel lobby and arrival spaces. The scheme pairs deep, dramatic Nero Marquina with bright Carrara marble to create a striking, high-contrast feature backdrop, framed by warm accent lighting and continuous polished stone surfaces. The result is a refined, durable lobby finish that reads as luxurious yet hard-wearing for high-traffic guest areas.

The challenge
Achieving continuous bookmatched veining and perfectly aligned joints across a large lobby feature wall — while maintaining consistent colour and tone between black and white marble — demanded exacting slab selection and setting-out. The work also had to be sequenced around a live hospitality fit-out without disrupting the arrival experience.
Our solution
Al-Suhool's in-house marble workshop hand-selected and sequenced slabs for matched veining, then cut, finished and dry-laid panels for approval before installation. A dedicated installation team worked in controlled phases with rigorous QA/QC on substrate, fixings, joint alignment and final sealing.
The outcome
The completed lobby delivers a durable, luxury stone finish across all 750 m², giving guests a memorable, high-end first impression on arrival. The hard-wearing polished marble stands up to heavy hospitality footfall while retaining its showpiece appearance.
