Scope of works

• Full turnkey interior fit-out of a 340 m² waterfront F&B venue, from concept finishes to handover
• Supply and installation of light terrazzo floor tiles across the dining and circulation areas
• Bespoke timber joinery including the service counter, base cabinetry and framed wall partitions
• Fabrication and installation of natural-stone counter tops in the company marble workshop
• Dark slatted feature ceiling with integrated recessed and pendant lighting
• Backlit stone and material display niche with timber shelving, plus MEP coordination and final snagging

• Dark timber slatted feature ceiling that warms the space and conceals services and lighting

The challenge

Delivering a warm, premium dining environment within a compact 340 m² waterfront footprint, where heavy stone counters, terrazzo flooring and bespoke joinery all had to be coordinated and installed to a tight F&B opening programme.

Our solution

Al-Suhool delivered the project with its in-house fit-out and marble teams, fabricating the stone counters in its own workshop and phasing the works under a structured QA/QC programme so trades progressed in parallel without compromising finish quality.

The outcome

The completed 340 m² venue opened on schedule in 2022 as a polished waterfront dining destination, with durable terrazzo and natural-stone surfaces specified to withstand high-traffic F&B use.
