Scope of works

• Full turnkey interior fit-out of a 410 m² spa and wellness facility across reception, treatment rooms, wet zones and relaxation lounges
• Supply, fabrication and installation of honed marble to floors, vanity tops and feature wall cladding from Al-Suhool's in-house marble workshop
• Decorative mosaic detailing to wet areas, hammam and water features with full waterproofing and substrate preparation
• Bespoke timber joinery for reception desk, storage, treatment-room cabinetry and slatted screens
• MEP coordination for spa servicing, ventilation, underfloor build-ups and warm/wet-area drainage
• Shopfront and facade works including the fully glazed street frontage and horizontal louvred cladding, plus architectural and feature lighting throughout

Design & features

• Fully glazed ground-floor shopfront that floods the spa entrance with natural daylight and frames the street presence
• Horizontal blue louvred facade cladding giving the building a crisp, contemporary rhythm and solar shading
• Honed marble surfaces with a soft, matte finish chosen for a calming, slip-considered spa environment
• Mosaic detailing reserved for wet areas and feature walls, adding texture and a hospitality-grade finish
• Warm timber joinery and slatted elements that balance the cool stone palette and soften the interior

The challenge

Spa and wellness interiors demand flawless waterproofing and durable, slip-considered stone in continuously wet and warm zones, while sustaining a calm, seamless aesthetic with minimal visible joints and transitions.

Our solution

Al-Suhool delivered the project end-to-end with its in-house fit-out and marble teams, fabricating honed marble and mosaic to tight tolerances in its own workshop and phasing wet-area build-ups with multi-layer waterproofing under strict QA/QC sign-offs.

The outcome

The result is a serene, hospitality-grade spa across 410 m² handed over in 2022, with a coordinated stone-and-timber palette and watertight wet zones delivered through a single accountable contractor.
